Build connectivity
into every new home

Internet access is part of everyday life for future residents. We design PON networks for apartments and houses around the development and the way it will be built.

RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS

A connection starts on the drawing board

Routes need space

Fibre entry, internal distribution and technical space should be considered alongside the rest of the building. Later changes affect decisions already made.

Construction happens in stages

Individual homes or parts of a development may be ready at different times. The connectivity plan needs to reflect the known construction sequence.

Residents need a working service

A cable alone does not explain how a household will connect. The infrastructure and the service offered to residents need to fit together.

FROM THE DEVELOPMENT TO ITS RESIDENTS

Fibre infrastructure with a clear next step

We connect the network design with the requirements of individual apartments and houses. Unit numbers, layout and planned construction guide the proposal.

A network based on PON

PON is an optical access network technology for connecting multiple households. It forms the basis of our residential development solutions.

Apartments and houses

We adapt the design to an apartment building, a group of houses or a development combining both.

Aligned with construction phases

We review planned routes and the building sequence so the network proposal reflects how the development will take shape.

A service for future residents

Alongside the infrastructure, we consider how households will connect. Service parameters and the commercial model are defined for the development.

HOW PON WORKS

One access network.
Many homes

PON uses shared fibre infrastructure and passive optical splitting. Connections then run to individual apartments and houses.

We plan pathways, space for distribution and residential endpoints alongside the building works.

The scope and terms of services for residents are defined separately for each development.

HOW IT WORKS

Bring connectivity into the planning process

Understand the development

Start with the location, number of homes, current project stage and planned construction phases.

Design the network

We review connection routes, internal distribution and the technical space the solution requires.

Agree the scope

We clarify technical and commercial arrangements, coordination during construction and how households will connect.

Coordinate with construction

We plan the next steps around the agreed project and the readiness of the individual buildings.

FOR OUR FIRST CONVERSATION

Start with the project as it stands today

Get in touch with an initial idea or a design already in progress. Knowing which decisions have been made helps us identify the next steps.

  • Location and current project stage
  • Number of apartments or houses
  • Planned construction phases and completion dates
  • A design contact and available plans

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

What you might want to know

When should we start planning connectivity?

Ideally during project preparation, while routes and technical space can be considered alongside other parts of the building. We can also assess developments at a later stage.

Is PON only suitable for apartment buildings?

No. We offer PON solutions for apartments and houses. The network design follows the layout and number of homes to be connected.

Which tariffs will residents receive?

The residential offering is prepared as part of the individual project. We discuss the required speeds, number of homes and how residents will connect, then define the parameters and commercial terms in the proposal.

What are
you planning?

An office, a building, a phone system or your own infrastructure. Tell us about your project and we will work out the next step.
